Payment Methods

You can pay safely and securely for your order. When placing your order online pay via:

1. Direct Bank Transfer

Pay directly from your bank account using our Direct Bank Transfer option. 

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation confirming your Order number and our Business Bank details. Simply log in to your online or telephone banking and transfer the payment using your Order number as the reference.

• Payment must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
• Orders not paid within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled.

For security reasons, we only deliver to the registered Account Address. Please ensure the Name and Billing Address match the details on your account and order. 

2. Card Payments 

To ensure we can offer highly competitive pricing and the best possible value, we currently do not accept card payments. By keeping our payment methods streamlined, we are able to minimise processing costs and pass those savings directly to our customers in the form of better prices.

3. Cash Payments

We do not accept cash payments. Please do not make any cash deposits into our bank account.

Any cash deposits received may only be refunded after necessary security checks and may incur additional charges. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
