- Post your items securely to us, and include your name and address inside the box. The method of payment will be bank transfer, therefore please include your Name, your Account Number and Sort Code.

Royal Mail Special Delivery service is the most reliable postal service for sending items to us. Parcels can be insured up to £2,500.00. Parcels with a value exceeding £2,500 should be spilt into multiple smaller parcels each with a value under £2,500. -
Alternatively, hand-deliver your parcel with a prior appointment at AGL, 8 Beacon Road, Birmingham, B43 7BP. You will be provided with a full receipt of your goods. Please bring your identification documents with you.
- Once we are in receipt of your parcel, our team will contact you to finalise the price.
- Payment will be made by bank transfer, funds will appear in your account within 48 hours. Please note option to have same day payment is subject to limits and cut off times.
- Please note: Quotations are an indication only of the price you estimate to receive, based on current metal prices. Once your metals have been tested by us for weight and purity we will then give you an actual price based on the live spot metal prices on the day we received your goods.
